Invalid credentials

Important

When you need to create new credentials, it is highly recommended to:

  1. Disable automatic pricing
  2. Create new credentials
  3. Wait one hour for the "refresh catalog" task to run and bounds to be re-calculated
  4. Check the recommended prices for incorrect price bounds or prices that would be too low
  5. Enable automatic pricing again once you are satisfied with the recommended prices and bounds

Amazon requires all sellers to update their credentials annually, if it is not done at the time Amazon requires, it will also be reflected on Multiply. If ,when accessing your catalogs menu in Multiply, you notice a red alert message "Invalid credentials" you will be required to create a new credentials set and activate it.

Mirakl Marketplace

Your API key might have changed and you forgot to change it on Multiply.  If, when accessing your catalogs menu in Multiply, you notice a red alert message "Invalid credentials" you will be required to create a new credentials set and activate it.

Others

A parameter allowing Multiply to access your catalog might have been changed without being updated in Multiply.
