How to completely disconnect a marketplace from Multiply

Modified on Mon, 9 Jun at 6:43 PM

Follow these steps to manage your disconnection from any maketplace.

1. Deactivate the automatic price sending

Catalog > Edit > Pricing

Here you can deactivate the automatic sending of prices under the section 'Automatic price sending'. This action will stop Multiply from sending recommended prices.

2. Disable credentials

Catalog > Edit > Credentials

On the same screen, under the section 'Credentials', you can disable or delete the connection to the marketplace by removing the credentials.  This action will stop Multiply from

- updating the list of your active SKUs

- observing your offers and competitors offers

WARNING: If your credentials are used for other catalogs, those catalogs will also be affected by this removal.

3. Delete the Catalog from Multiply

  1. Navigate to Catalog > Edit > Delete.

  2. Confirm the deletion to completely remove the catalog from Multiply.

4. Remove the Billing Group from Your Subscription

If it is the last marketplace linked to its billing group:

  1. Navigate to Billing > Manage My Subscription.

  2. Select See All Your Subscription.

  3. Review your subscription and remove the billing group only if it is the last marketplace linked to its billing group.

Important Notes

  • Removing the Billing Group: If you have a billing group (e.g., Mirakl) and wish to remove the marketplace But, which is the only marketplace in the Mirakl group that you are using, you must delete the billing group from your subscription.

Example: If you want to remove Amazon Italy while keeping Amazon France, you only need to delete the Amazon Italy catalog in Multiply without making any changes to your subscription

  • Pausing Pricing: If you want to temporarily stop pricing updates, you can simply deactivate the pricing for the marketplace. This action will not affect your billing, but Multiply will cease repricing for that marketplace.

  • Credentials Warning: If your credentials are used for other catalogs, removing them may impact those catalogs as well. Ensure that no other catalogs rely on the credentials before proceeding.
