Where to find your notifications
- In the app: click the bell icon at the top of the screen to open your notifications. Each notification describes what happened, and most include a button that takes you directly to the relevant page or report.
- By email: notifications are also sent to your email address, in your language. If several notifications arrive within a short period, they are grouped into a single email.
Choose which notifications you receive
Go to Account Configuration > User Preferences > Notification Settings. You can also access these settings from the bell icon.
Your settings are personal: each user chooses which notifications they receive. For each notification, you can enable or disable the In-app and Email channels separately. Both are enabled by default.
Some notifications cannot be disabled.
Each notification displays its severity level:
- Alert: immediate action required.
- Warning: review recommended.
- Information: for your information.
Two notifications have an adjustable threshold: Price difference between catalogs and Significant price drop detected. These thresholds apply to the entire account, not just to you. Only users with permission to edit account settings can change them.
How often you receive notifications
Most notifications relate to an ongoing situation, such as prices outside your bounds or a feed that repeatedly fails. In these cases:
- You receive an email when the situation first occurs.
- The in-app notification stays up to date for as long as the situation continues. You do not receive a new email with every update.
- You are notified again if the situation gets significantly worse or reoccurs after being resolved.
Security notifications work differently: each event is sent separately.
