There is no recommendation

Is my SKU inactive or out of stock ?

If your SKU was inactive in the back office of your marketplace (or had a stock of 0) at the last catalog index update, then Multiply does not reprice the SKU.

If your SKU has become active again in the back office of your marketplace after the last refresh catalog update, you can:

Does my SKU has bounds?

Multiply will not recommend a price if your SKU has no bounds.

You can check the existence of the actual bounds, add or modify the necessary elements for the bounds calculation on your SKU's pricing screen.

Is my offer online on the marketplace?

As long as your offer is not online, Multiply cannot observe it, and therefore cannot recommend a price.

Your offer may be in stock and active, but it can happen that the marketplace takes time to publish it.

Multiply regularly monitors the offer according to your predefined quota when you opened your catalog. The repricing will begin when your offer will be online.

The recommended price does not change

What is my strategy ?

Your strategy might send a specific price in specific situations.

Example : the strategy plans to send your maximum price when an offer is alone.

Does my SKU have constraining bounds ?

You have multiple bound parameters, and your minimum and maximum bounds are identical. We are facing a bound conflict, and you have several choices.

What is a bound conflict ?

The recommendation is not applied on the marketplace.

Is the repricing enabled on my SKUs / catalog ?

You can refer to your catalog parameters or your SKU details to find that information.

Is the price being sent correctly?

You can review the price submission history to confirm this., refer to the SKU details to find that information.

Does the tasks "Apply Prices" go through correctly?

In the backoffice of your marketplace:

  • Does your offer have a discount that prevents the application of the Multiply price?
  • Is the country of origin of your product specified? (specifically on Amazon)

Your offer is at an incorrect price (outside bounds)

Multiply cannot send a price that is outside your defined bounds.

If you notice that your offer is displayed at a price outside your bounds, verify whether this price was sent by Multiply by referring to the price application orders for the specific SKU.

  • If the price was not sent by Multiply, it is likely originating from another price source.

If another source, such as a feed manager, is sending prices, ensure your output feed is correctly configured to prevent any rules from overriding prices sent by Multiply.

  • If the price was sent by Multiply, it is likely that your bounds changed after the price was sent. At the time of submission, the recommended price was within your defined bounds.
