Introduction
Your catalog needs to be properly configured to ensure that the repricing functions correctly. Additionally, you must ensure that your channel is included in your subscription if it has not been added already.
This setup should be completed with the assistance of a member of the Multiply customer success team.
Adding Your Channel (If Needed)
To add your channel to your subscription, follow these steps:
Navigate to Billing > Manage My Subscription.
Select See All Your Subscription.
Review your current channels and ensure the necessary group is included.
Note: If you already have a channel (e.g., Mirakl) and want to add a new marketplace within the same group (e.g., Castorama), you do not need to manage your subscription. You can proceed with creating the catalog in the next step.
Create your catalog
Catalog > + Create (blue button at the bottom right)
Fill in the Details
- Marketplace: Select the marketplace from the list of available options.
- Name: Enter a distinctive name that will be used to identify your catalog throughout Multiply.
- Seller ID: Refer to the marketplace section
- Save to create your catalog
- Verify : your new catalog will now appear on the Catalogs screen.
Connecting Your Catalog
Purpose
Adding credentials to your catalog allows Multiply to:
- Recover your list of SKUs, including their stock and active/inactive status. This task, called "Refresh catalog," runs daily every morning.
- Send target prices to the marketplace, a task called "Apply prices," which runs continuously throughout the day.
- Recover your daily sales.
Steps to Connect
You need to either create a new credential set or activate an existing one.
Creating a New Credential Set
Catalog > Edit > Credentials > + Create
- Fill in the Credential Details
- Provide a distinctive name for your new credential set.
- Follow the specific instructions for the selected marketplace as detailed in Multiply's documentation
- Save to create your credentials
- Test the Credentials
- Click on the TEST button for the credential set you want to use.
- If the test succeeds, Multiply can connect to the marketplace or website.
- If the test fails, the credentials are either incorrect or inappropriate for the catalog.
- Activate the Credentials
- Move the slider to activate the credential set.
- Move the slider to activate the credential set.
Activating an Existing Credential Set
A credential set can be used for multiple catalogs, which is common if you have a catalog for each of your European Amazon shops.
- Manage Existing Credentials
- Under "Manage your credentials," existing credential sets for the selected catalog are displayed.
- Activate the Credentials
- Test the credentials
- Move the slider to activate the credential set if the test succeeded.
