Billing Process & Organization
Organization
You are billed on the first of each month based on the following:
Pre-paid Billing :
- Subscription Plan
- Number of Channels
- Optional Features
Post-paid Billing :
- Number of Catalogs
- SKUs and Actual Refreshes: SKU/Refresh Tiers
SKUs and Refreshes
The cost of SKUs and refreshes is calculated based on a tiered system: each SKU/refresh tier is billed at a specific rate depending on the channel.
SKUs: Amazon/Rakuten/Bol
For Amazon, Bol and Rakuten marketplaces, Multiply charges based on the actual number of active SKUs listed on the channels, following a tiered pricing system.
Additional Refreshes
Multiply applies the indicated quota for all other channels to ensure the required refresh volume. At the end of the month, the number of refreshes used is calculated according to the tiered system.

Quota
A quota represents the number of refreshes you expect to use. It is set within the Multiply interface and serves as a reference to ensure the required refresh volume.
You can estimate your quota in the Billing tab of Multiply.
SKUs for Amazon, Bol and Rakuten channels do not follow the quota system.
