Understanding the Multiply billing screen

The Multiply billing screen is designed to provide a clear and straightforward overview of your account’s billing and subscription details. On this page, you can:

1- Manage Your Subscription:
View and update your subscription plan.
Manage your billing group and any additional addons.
Access and download your invoices.


2. Monitor and Optimize Your Usage:
Track your quota for refreshes or SKUs, depending on the marketplace.
Identify opportunities to optimize your usage.


3. Estimate Upcoming Charges:
Get a clear estimate of your next invoice based on your current usage and subscription plan.

By regularly checking this screen, you can stay informed about your billing details and make proactive adjustments to align with your business needs.

Manage Your Subscription


By clicking Manage your subscription you can access your personal billing interface:


  1. Subscription Summary: View a comprehensive summary of your subscription.
  2. Account information: gives you the opportunity to update your email
  3. Billing & Shipping Adresses: Update your billing address with ease.
  4. Payment Methods: Add or update your payment method
  5. Billing History: Access and review past invoices


Monitor and Optimize Your Usage

  • Daily observation or SKU included in your plan
  • Pro-rated Usage: This value represents the average of daily usage by the customer from the start of the billing period
  • up to today excluding the entitlement of 3000.
  • Estimated End of Month: This projection estimates the customer’s total usage and cost by the end of the month. It’s calculated based on their current daily usage pattern, projecting it forward to the end of the billing period.

Adjusting Your Daily Quota

  • All billing groups appear here.
  • You can estimate the cost of increasing your quota by clicking Estimate.
  • Modify your quota by clicking Save.

 

 

Estimate Upcoming Charges

 

  • Pre-paid Items: These are items that will be paid for the upcoming month, including your plan, billing group, and features.
  • Post-paid Items: This is an estimate of the total monthly charge based on current usage patterns observed up to today.
