CDiscount is phasing out its SOAP API and transitioning to a new REST API.

As a result, you will need to set up a new catalog for CDiscount.

Please follow the steps below to create a new catalog that aligns with the updated CDiscount API:

1- On CDiscount backoffice

Connect to the API portal and follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the [API Portal] > https://developer.octopia-io.net/api-credentials/ 

2. Select the option "I know my aggregator’s clientId."

3. Enter your clientId as **Multiply Software Ltd**.

4. Insert your Seller zone login and password.

5. Complete the process to receive your Seller ID and note it down as you will need it on Multiply.

2- On Multiply

1/ Create a catalog

Catalog > + Create

1. Marketplace: CDiscount Octopia
2. Name: Enter a distinctive name that will be used to identify your catalog throughout Multiply.
3. SellerID: Your merchant ID corresponds with your seller name.

2/ Set up the new catalog

1. Credentials : 
   1. create your new crendentials set by using the seller ID recovered at the end of the previous process
   2. activate your new credentials set
2. Price bounds : copy the same parameters than on your current CDiscount catalog
3. Rates : copy the same parameters than on your current CDiscount catalog
4. Pricing : copy the same strategy than on your current CDiscount catalog. DO NOT ACTIVATE AUTO PRICING YET

3- Contact support

Once this process is complete, we invite you to open a ticket (support@multiply.cloud) to continue the setup and schedule a transition date between the two catalogs.
