Finding your credential set

To connect your Mirakl marketplace to your Multiply account, we will need your API key and your API secret key, to do this log in to the back office:

• API key
• API secret key

Now you can create your credentials set on Multiply.

Catalog > Edit > Credentials > + create

Information about Metro marketplaces

Multiply uses the Metro API for all interactions.

The index of your catalog will be updated once a day thanks to the "Load Catalog"task

• Stock
• FBA/FBS status
• Offer conditions (new or used)

On Makro.es, offers are by default recovered with a FB

Observing Offers : Multiply monitors your offers thanks to scrapping method and your quotas allocated to your catalog.
