Connect your catalog to a Rakuten marketplace

Finding Your Merchant ID

Your merchant ID is located at the top left, above the menu, and corresponds to your account name. 

Finding your credential set

To connect your Rakuten marketplace to your Multiply account, we will need your API key and your API secret key, to do this log in to the back office:

• Seller Login : the required API username is the same as your account name on the Rakuten France back-end. 
• Token : to retrieve the required API access token, log in to the Rakuten back-end and go to Account Settings > Tokens.

Now you can create your credentials set on Multiply.

Catalog > Edit > Credentials > + create

Information about Rakuten marketplaces

Multiply uses the Rakuten API for all interactions.

The index of your catalog will be updated once a day thanks to the "Load Catalog" task

• Stock
• FBA/FBS status
• Offer conditions (new or used)

Observing Offers : Multiply monitors your offers thanks to the API method and your quotas allocated to your catalog. 

Data Collected :

• Your Data : Offer price, offers conditions, shipping fees, shipping delay, rating, commission rates, daily sales
• Competitor Data : Offer price, offers conditions, shipping fees, shipping delay

Rakuten only displays the first five offers of the same condition in its API.
