Connect your catalog to a Mirakl marketplace

Finding Your Merchant ID

On a Mirakl marketplace, your merchant ID corresponds with your seller name.

1. Log into the back-office
2. Your seller name is available in the upper left corner of the home page.

WARNING : If you update your seller name in the marketplace, remember to also adjust it in the Multiply catalog parameters. Otherwise, we won’t be able to recognize your offers.

Finding your credential set

To connect your Mirakl marketplace to your Multiply account, we will need your API key and your Shop ID, to do this log in to the back office:

• API key
  • Click on your email > User Settings > API Key (in the upper right corner of this page).
  • If you have an API key available, you can use it
  • If you do not have an existing API key, you can generate one.
  • In case you create a new API key, you will have to replace the existing API key in your third-party applications with this new API key.
• Your Shop ID
  • Click on My Account > Settings
  • Your Shop ID is a 4 digit number.

Mirakl is a marketplace provider.

Here is a non-exhaustive list of marketplaces that use this platform:

Using the Mirakl API with Multiply

Multiply uses the Mirakl API for all interactions. 

Updating Your Catalog Index

Your catalog index (i.e., the list of your active SKUs) is updated once a day through the "Catalog Refresh" task. 

Data Collected:

• Stock
• FBA/FBS Status
• Offer Conditions (new or used)

Monitoring Offers

Multiply monitors your offers based on the quota allocated to your catalog.

Data Collected:

• Your Data: offer price, conditions, shipping costs, delivery time, rating, commission rate, daily sales.
• Competitor Data: offer price, conditions, shipping costs, delivery time, rating.

Mirakl marketplaces do not provide data regarding the Buy Box. Therefore, Multiply’s strategies for these marketplaces do not take the Buy Box into account, as this data is unavailable.
