actual_shipping_total_inc_vat	Current shipping fee including VAT
actual_shipping_total_exc_vat	Current shipping fee excluding VAT
estimated_listing_cost	Estimated product cost excluding VAT (includes commission and purchase cost) at the time of order information receipt (which can be the same day as the order or the following day, depending on when Amazon provides the information and when Multiply retrieves the information).
estimated_shipping_cost	Estimated shipping cost excluding VAT at the time of order information receipt (which can be the same day as the order or the following day, depending on when Amazon provides the information and when Multiply retrieves the information).
